Hosting & delivery (bunny.net)
This website is delivered via the bunny.net content delivery network (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia, EU). On access, technically necessary server log data (e.g. IP address, time, requested file, user agent) is processed. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure, performant operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with bunny.net.
Consent & cookies
No non-essential services load before you decide. Your choice in the consent banner (implemented
technically with PolicyStack) is stored solely locally in your browser (localStorage key
jm-consent) — no cookies are set for this and no data is sent to third parties. You can change
or withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Web analytics: Google Analytics
Only after your explicit consent do we load and use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd., Ireland) for
anonymised reach measurement. IP anonymisation is enabled (anonymize_ip). Without consent no
Google script is loaded and no analytics cookie is set. Transfer to the USA (Google LLC) cannot be ruled
out; the basis is the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw at
any time via the cookie settings.
Newsletter & position paper (rapidmail)
We use rapidmail (rapidmail GmbH, Freiburg, Germany) to send the newsletter and deliver the position paper. Sign-up uses a double opt-in: after entering your data you receive a confirmation email; only after clicking the activation link are you added and sent the position paper. We process the data you provide (first name, last name, email address) and sign-up metadata to evidence consent. The form is protected against abuse by a captcha (Cloudflare Turnstile). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email. A data processing agreement is in place with rapidmail.
